Social Responsibility
MGRW’s ethos is underpinned by its social responsibility values, adopting policies that promote the well-being of society and the environment while lessening negative impacts on them.
We are on track to become a paperless office environment and are currently undertaking a carbon neutral programme in respect of our office premises.
Team members serve on our Social Responsibility committee promoting volunteering opportunities in the local community, working to make changes that benefit the environment and engaging in charitable giving.
We pride ourselves on being the best that we can be; from a professional perspective but also in terms of our personal achievements and helping others.
Examples of our Team’s endeavours include:
· Regularly fundraising for local charities.
· Providing additional support to our Trust / Schools – helping with decorating, mentoring, open days.
· Working with Business Sheffield and other local authority partners to help provide free training and advice to local businesses as part of our strategic vision to support new or struggling organisations within the locality.
· Supporting business owners / Entrepreneurs with a diagnosis of Autism / Dyslexia.
· We foster a culture of diversity, demonstrating a capacity to appreciate and value individual differences. We embrace disability and ethnicity as a natural part of diversity.
